Indulgent chocolate cake mix cookies made effortlessly with Betty Crocker™ cake mixes. Highly rated and absolutely delightful - a must-try treat for busy days!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). Combine dry cake mix, oil, vanilla, and eggs in a large bowl, stirring until dough forms. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Roll the dough into 1 1/4-inch balls and coat them in sugar. Arrange the balls on ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Remove any excess sugar.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set. Let cool for 1 minute, then transfer to cooling racks. Cool completely for about 30 minutes. Keep covered at room temperature for storage.
