Cake Vodka Balls

Delicious cake and vodka balls made with vanilla chips, cake-flavored vodka, and vanilla wafer cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vanilla baking chips, melted
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup cake-flavored vodka (such as UV®)
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 0.25 cup confectioners' sugar, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine melted vanilla chips, white sugar, vodka, and corn syrup in a bowl, then fold in vanilla wafers. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Pour a generous amount of confectioners' sugar into a shallow bowl. Shape the vanilla wafer mixture into bite-sized 1-inch balls and cover them by gently rolling in the sweet confectioners' sugar until fully coated.
