Whip up delicious pineapple moonshine with cake vodka and fresh pineapple in no time with the Instant Pot®.
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle cake-flavored vodka
  • 1.5 pounds fresh pineapple spears
  • 2 cups white sugar
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker like the Instant Pot®, mix water, vodka, pineapple, and sugar. Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 30 minutes following the manufacturer's guidelines. Let pressure build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Let pressure naturally release per manufacturer's instructions for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Take out the pineapple from the pot, blend until smooth, then return it to the pot. Give it a quick stir. Transfer the moonshine into sterilized bottles, keep in a dark place, and chill before serving.
