Savory steak and veggies sautéed with egg substitute for a flavorful breakfast dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.5 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.5 Bermuda onion, sliced
  • 7 baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 0.5 pound beef tip
  • 0.5 cup egg substitute
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, and portobello mushrooms. Sauté until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Incorporate the beef into the vegetable mixture and cook until uniformly browned, for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Incorporate the egg beaters into the mixture and cook until firm, about 10 minutes.
