Taste.com.au's pro cooks up triple cheese balls in the Philips air fryer for a crispy, golden, and cheesy treat with easy cooking and cleanup.
Ingredients:
  • 80g (1 cup) grated cheddar cheese
  • 70g (1 cup) grated parmesan cheese
  • 85g (1/3 cup) cottage cheese
  • 75g (1/2 cup) plain flour
  • 5.00 gm Cajun seasoning
  • 2 eggs, lightly whisked
  • Olive oil spray
  • Pasta sauce, warmed, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, flour, seasoning, and egg in a large bowl. Mix with your hands until fully incorporated. Shape 1 1/2 tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour until slightly firm.
  • Lightly coat the balls with oil, reshaping if needed. Arrange them 3cm apart in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180C for 10-12 minutes until they turn golden and are fully cooked.
  • Drizzle the warm pasta sauce over the meatballs before serving.
