Air-fried triple chocolate walnut oatmeal cookies - a decadent twist on a classic treat!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) following the manufacturer's instructions and lightly coat the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine oatmeal, flour, cocoa powder, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt until evenly mixed. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar with an electric mixer until creamy. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract, then add the oatmeal mixture and combine thoroughly. Gently fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Using a large cookie scoop, gently place the dough in the air fryer, then flatten it out, ensuring there is around 1 inch of space between each cookie.
  • Cook until the edges are golden brown, for about 6 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
