Camembert stuffed pork

"Cheesy surprise pork fillets - quick and delicious!"
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 gm garlic butter
  • 8 pork medallions with cracked black pepper
  • 1 bunch Dutch carrots, trimmed, peeled
  • 1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed
  • 150g Camembert, thinly sliced
  • 30g walnut
Instructions:
  • Cut the pork fillets in half horizontally and stuff with cheese slices. Heat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat, melt half of the garlic butter, and cook the pork for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and cover.
  • Cook the carrots in boiling water or steam them for 2 minutes. Then, add the asparagus and cook for another 3-4 minutes until just tender. Drain and toss with the rest of the garlic butter.
  • Present the pork alongside the carrots and asparagus, and sprinkle with walnuts for a delightful finish.
