Make these delicious campfire sandwiches or bake at 180C for 5-10 mins.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 300g Stone Baked White Batards
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 75g sun-dried tomato
  • 8 slices salami
  • 280g jar Mixed Chargrilled Peppers, drained
  • 40.00 ml caramelised onion relish
  • 40g butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Slice each loaf of bread lengthwise, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  • Stuff the bread with cheese, salami, tomato strips, peppers, and relish. Brush the outside of the bread with butter, then secure each sandwich by tying it with kitchen string. Wrap each sandwich tightly in foil and refrigerate until ready to cook.
  • Preheat the grill on high heat with the lid closed. Place the sandwiches on a flat plate and grill with the lid closed using indirect heat, flipping halfway through, for 8 minutes. Remove from foil, slice, and serve.
