Elevate your ice cream cone by filling it with a medley of your favorite ingredients, creating a decadent and flavorful treat in every bite.
Ingredients:
  • 12 vanilla and raspberry marshmallows
  • 125g strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • 12 Maltesers
  • 62.50 ml milk choc chips
  • 6 mini waffle ice-cream cones
  • 6 small scoops vanilla ice-cream
Instructions:
  • Heat up the barbecue plate or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cut the marshmallows in half with scissors. In a bowl, mix together strawberries, marshmallows, Maltesers, and chocolate chips. Spoon the mixture into cones evenly.
  • Securely wrap each cone in foil, twisting the ends tightly to seal.
  • Grill cones until hot and slightly crispy, turning occasionally for around 5 minutes. Let them rest for 2 minutes after removing from the heat. Gently unwrap the foil from each cone. Finish by serving each cone with a delicious scoop of ice cream on top. Enjoy!
