Delight kids with a candy, cookie, and chocolate frosting train dessert.
Ingredients:
- Fun-size candy bars, unwrapped
- Candy bar miniatures, unwrapped
- Chocolate frosting (from 16-oz. can)
- Bite-sized round buttery crackers and/or bite-sized creme-filled sandwich cookies, separated
- Frilly-topped toothpicks
- Assorted candies
Instructions:
- Assemble each engine by securing a miniature candy bar on top of a fun-size candy bar using frosting. Attach bite-sized cookie halves on the sides as wheels. Create a smokestack by affixing a candy with its wide end up on top using a toothpick.
- For the coal car or log car, assemble by attaching crackers to fun-size bar using frosting. Then, secure candies for cargo or pretzel sticks for logs with frosting. Allow to stand until frosting is fully set.
