Transform leftover candy canes into a decadent chocolate treat for a versatile dessert topping or a tasty snack.
Ingredients:
  • 50g mint-flavoured candy canes
  • 200g dark chocolate melts, melted
Instructions:
  • Crush the cane pieces in a plastic bag using a hammer or rolling pin wrapped in a towel until finely crushed.
  • Smooth a generous layer of chocolate onto a spacious, lightly greased baking tray, aiming for a consistent 2mm thickness. Sprinkle with crushed cane and allow to rest for 20 minutes, or until firm. Break into delectable pieces and serve.
