Elevate pasta salad with fresh pesto and creamy bocconcini for a delicious summer dish.
Ingredients:
  • 750.00 ml dried farfalle pasta
  • 150.00 gm basil pesto
  • 62.50 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 375.00 ml fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 180g tub baby bocconcini, halved
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water following package instructions until tender. Drain, rinse with cold water, and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Mix together the pesto and vinegar in a small jug.
  • Combine basil, tomato, bocconcini, and cooled pasta in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then add the pesto mixture and toss to mix everything together. Serve and enjoy!
