Create fun and unique ice pops by using various shaped ice block molds.
Ingredients:
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 380g jar caramel spread
  • 20.00 ml instant coffee powder
  • 20.00 gm hot water
Instructions:
  • With an electric mixer, whip cream until soft peaks form, then add milk and caramel and whip until well combined.
  • Combine coffee and hot water in a small bowl and stir until fully dissolved. Mix the coffee mixture into the caramel mixture and beat well to combine. Divide the mixture evenly among 6 holes of a 150ml-capacity ice-block mold. Insert an ice-cream stick into each mold. Freeze for at least 6 hours until firm.
  • Rinse the moulds under cold running water briefly to release the pops. Serve right away.
