Caramel Rice Pudding

Slow cooker rice pudding: a classic made effortlessly delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Coat the interior of a 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in the cooker, leaving out the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cook on low heat setting for 3 to 4 hours until all the liquid is absorbed. Stir pudding before serving.
  • Gently dust the pudding with a mix of sugar and cinnamon. Serve while still warm.
