Creamy slow cooker rice pudding.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Coat the inside of a 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in the pot, excluding the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours until the liquid is absorbed, then stir the pudding.
  • Generously dust pudding with sugar and cinnamon before serving while warm. If using a slow cooker with heating elements on the side and bottom, please note that this recipe has been tested accordingly. For slow cookers with only a heated base, refer to the manufacturer's instructions for proper layering and temperature settings.
