Make fun and delicious Easter treats to delight children.
Ingredients:
  • 175g milk chocolate melts, melted
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 30g butter, chopped
  • 53.60 gm golden syrup
  • 100g biscuit
  • 40g butter, melted
Instructions:
  • With finesse, spread the chocolate into 24 cavities of a 5.5cm x 4cm egg-shaped mould using a spoon or paintbrush. Chill for 20 minutes until firm.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together milk, chopped butter, and syrup while stirring constantly until golden, about 5 to 7 minutes. Let it cool until thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Pulse biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined. Fill moulds almost to the top with milk mixture. Gently press biscuit mix over the top. Chill for 3 hours until set. Remove eggs from moulds and serve.
