Kids will enjoy making vibrant Easter eggs.
Ingredients:
  • 250g packet plain sweet biscuits
  • 1 x 180g block dark chocolate, chopped
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 x 125g packets caramello Easter eggs, foil removed
  • 190g bag hundreds and thousands
Instructions:
  • On a large baking tray lined with parchment paper, blitz biscuits in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer the crumbs to a large heatproof bowl.
  • Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes, remembering to stir every 30 seconds with a metal spoon, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Combine the silky melted chocolate and sweetened condensed milk with the biscuits until fully mixed. Fill a small bowl with colorful hundreds and thousands.
  • Move swiftly and, using 1 tablespoon of mixture each time, delicately shape biscuit mixture around 1 Easter egg to create a ball. Roll the ball in colorful hundreds and thousands and gently press to cover it. Arrange it on the lined tray. Repeat with the rest of the biscuit mixture, Easter eggs, and hundreds and thousands. Enjoy your delicious treats.
