Elevate Easter eggs with gourmet sweet fillings.
Ingredients:
  • 6 hollow chocolate eggs
  • Dulce de leche, to serve
  • Chocolate finger biscuits, to decorate
  • Mini icing flowers, to decorate
  • Cream cheese icing, to serve
  • Lemon curd, to serve
  • Chocolate mousse, to serve
  • Vanilla wafer rolls, to decorate
  • Assorted sprinkles, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Carefully unwrap the eggs. Dip a sharp knife in boiling water, wipe dry, and use to remove the top of the eggs, ensuring to dip in water and wipe dry between cuts.
  • Stuff 2 eggs with dulce de leche and place biscuits and icing flowers on top. Fill 2 more eggs with cream cheese icing, add lemon curd for yolks. Fill the rest of the eggs with chocolate mousse and decorate with wafer rolls and sprinkles.
