Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. 2. Arrange 9 small flour tortillas in a 2/3-cup (160ml) Texas muffin pan. 3. Give them a quick spritz with olive oil spray. 4. Bake for 8-10 mins until they turn golden brown. 5. Lightly press down the center of each tortilla cup with a clean tea towel. 6. Allow them to cool completely before using.
