Make this fun and easy DIY treat with the kids using just 4 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 24 chocolate ripple biscuits (see notes)
  • 165.00 gm raspberry jam (see notes)
  • 9 vanilla marshmallows
  • 95.00 gm dark chocolate melts, melted
Instructions:
  • Lay out 12 biscuits flat-side up. Spread each biscuit with a touch of 1/4 teaspoon jam. Cut marshmallows into quarters and evenly place 3 pieces on top of each biscuit.
  • Preheat the pie maker and generously spread the remaining biscuits with the rest of the jam.
  • Take 4 marshmallow biscuits and place them marshmallow-side up in the pie maker. Close the lid and cook for 30 seconds or until the marshmallow softens. Gently remove the biscuits and sandwich each one with a jam-spread biscuit, pressing to flatten the marshmallow. Repeat with the remaining biscuits to create 12 delicious wagon wheels.
  • Transfer the melted chocolate into a resealable bag and cut off a corner. Drizzle the wagon wheels with the chocolate, then refrigerate for 10 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Serve and enjoy.
