Cheesy pie maker pastries - a crowd-pleaser for all ages!
Ingredients:
  • 200g wheel brie, at room temperature
  • 3 sheets filo pastry
  • 23.40 gm cranberry sauce, plus extra to serve
  • Fresh thyme leave, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cut the brie into 8 delicious wedges.
  • Place one sheet of filo on a pristine work surface. Lightly coat with oil. Add another sheet and lightly coat with oil. Repeat layering with the last sheet and lightly coat with oil. Fold the stack in half horizontally. Cut into four pieces using kitchen scissors.
  • Add a dollop of cranberry sauce in the center of each piece, then place 2 brie pieces at opposite angles. Gently fold the pastry around the cheese, spray with oil, and repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Cook the parcels in the pie maker until the pastry is golden and the cheese is oozy, about 8-10 minutes. Serve warm, topped with extra cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with thyme leaves and black pepper.
