Create mini Caramilk Hokey Pokey and biscuit cakes in a pie maker with just 4 ingredients for a quick and delicious dessert in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 325g pkt pancake shake
  • 4 salted caramel scotch finger biscuits
  • 140g dulche de leche caramel, plus extra, to serve
  • 1/2 block Hokey Pokey Caramilk chocolate, broken into squares
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat up the pie maker and coat it with oil.
  • Follow the packet instructions to prepare the pancake shake.
  • Fill each hole of the pie maker with pancake batter until it's 1cm deep, then add a broken biscuit to each. Drizzle generously with caramel and add 4 squares of Caramilk on top. Fill with pancake shake up to the edge of each hole, close the lid, and cook for 8 minutes or until done. Remove the cakes from the pie maker.
  • Let cakes rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream and a generous drizzle of caramel on top.
