Ingredients:
  • 500g brussels sprouts, ends trimmed
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 52.80 gm orange marmalade
  • 3 streaky bacon rashers, coarsely chopped
  • 45g hazelnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a large baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix brussels sprouts, sugar, and marmalade in a large bowl. Season to taste. Spread evenly on the prepared tray. Roast for 40 minutes, turning occasionally, until the brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
  • Cook the bacon in a medium frying pan over medium heat for 5 minutes until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
