Make irresistible Caramilk choc tops with just 4 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 8 small flat-based ice-cream cones
  • 180g Caramilk chocolate, chopped
  • 50.40 gm coconut oil (make sure they are level, if solid)
Instructions:
  • Place scoops of creamy, delicious ice cream into crispy cones and let them chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes, or until the ice cream sets and perfectly sticks to the cones.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth, stirring occasionally. Let the mixture cool to room temperature - it should be runny but not warm.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into a cup or small bowl. Dip each cone into the chocolate, coating the ice cream carefully. Place the dipped cones back in the freezer and repeat with the rest. Freeze until firm, about 10 minutes.
