Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried banana chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter or magarine
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups popped popcorn
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  • Spread a delightful mixture of cereal, peanuts, raisins, and banana chips evenly on a 15x10x1-inch pan. In a 1-quart saucepan, gently warm butter and honey until melted. Add cinnamon and salt, and carefully drizzle this sweet mixture over the cereal blend, ensuring every piece is coated perfectly.
  • Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring once. Add popcorn and coconut, then sprinkle with extra salt if desired. Keep in an airtight container.
