Carrot and cumin dip

Irresistible carrot dip perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg carrots, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 5.00 gm ground cumin
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • Turkish pide, or flatbread to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil the carrot in a large saucepan of salted water for 30 minutes, or until it's tender. Then, drain it.
  • Combine carrot, oil, cumin, and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a bowl with pide or flatbread.
