Kid-friendly carrot hummus, bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen sliced carrots, cooked
  • 1 container (8 oz) plain hummus
  • 20 (8-inch) mini seedless cucumbers
  • Carrot sticks, celery sticks and bell pepper slices, as desired
Instructions:
  • Place the cooked carrots in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Add hummus and cumin, then process until well blended. Refrigerate for 1 hour to enhance flavors before serving.
  • Serve the dip alongside carrot sticks, celery sticks, and bell pepper slices.
