Revamp hummus with zesty Honey Dijon Carrots for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (11.8 oz) frozen honey Dijon carrots
  • 1 container (10 oz) classic refrigerated hummus
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Pita chips or raw vegetables, if desired
Instructions:
  • Cook the carrots according to the instructions on the bag, then allow them to cool for 10 minutes before proceeding.
  • Place carrots in a food processor or blender and process until smooth, scraping the sides as needed. Add hummus, cumin, and pepper flakes, and blend until fully combined. Transfer the hummus to a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour to enhance flavors.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy with pita chips or vegetables.
