Delicious cauliflower Fried Rice that rivals your favorite Chinese restaurant, perfect as a side or quick main dish with chicken, pork, or shrimp.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 (12 ounce) package Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower Medley
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten and scrambled
Instructions:
  • In a large nonstick skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  • Cook the Green Giant Riced® Cauliflower Medley for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Add rich and flavorful soy sauce to the mixture and allow it to simmer for 1 minute.
  • Add the cooked egg and stir until heated through, about 1 minute.
