Refreshing celery and apple juice, a surprisingly tasty and healthy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 6 sticks celery, trimmed
  • 6 granny smith apples, cut in half, each half cut into wedges
  • 5cm-piece fresh ginger, peeled, sliced
Instructions:
  • Juice the celery, apples, and ginger using a juice extractor. Pour the mixture into a large jug and give it a good stir to combine. Enjoy your refreshing juice right away.
