Refreshing spiced Indian yogurt drink, perfect as an appetizer or palate cleanser during meals.
Ingredients:
  • 3 x 16g sachets Chai Latte Vanilla Spice
  • 60.00 gm boiling water
  • 650g (2 1/2 cups) Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 625.00 ml ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ground cinnamon, to dust
Instructions:
  • Combine chai latte and boiling water in a heatproof jug, whisk until smooth, then transfer half to a blender. Add half of the yoghurt, ice, and salt. Blend until smooth and pour into a large jug. Repeat the process with the remaining chai latte mixture, yoghurt, and ice.
  • Pour the lassi into serving glasses and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
