Refreshing spiced Indian yogurt drink, perfect as an appetizer or palate cleanser.
Ingredients:
  • Ground cinnamon, to dust
  • 625.00 ml ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 x 16g sachets Chai Latte Vanilla Spice
  • 60.00 gm boiling water
  • 650g (2 1/2 cups) Greek-style natural yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Combine the chai latte and boiling water in a heatproof jug and whisk until smooth. Pour half of the mixture into a blender, then add half of the yogurt, half of the ice, and the salt. Blend until smooth and transfer to a large jug. Repeat the process with the remaining chai latte mixture, yogurt, and ice.
  • Pour the lassi into individual serving glasses and sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon for a delightful finishing touch.
