Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar, divided, or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 (16.3 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough, separated and cut into quarters
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a fluted tube pan like a Bundt® pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 7 tablespoons each of brown sugar and white sugar with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, and pepper. Add the biscuits and ensure they are thoroughly coated with the sugar-spice mixture.
  • Evenly place the coated biscuits in the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over and throughout the biscuits, then drizzle melted butter all over.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until beautifully puffed and golden brown, for 30 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool for approximately 15 minutes, then gently invert onto a serving plate.
