  • 125ml milk
  • Sugar or honey (optional), to serve
  • Ground cinnamon, to sprinkle, plus cinnamon quills to garnish (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine tea, milk, and 1/2 cup (125ml) water. Heat until it's just about to boil, then remove from heat. Cover with a lid and let it sit for 2-4 minutes to infuse.
  • Pour the mixture into a charming tea cup or tea glass and sweeten with sugar or honey to your liking. Finish off with a dusting of fragrant, ground cinnamon, and present with an elegant quill for a touch of sophistication, if desired.
