Tropical fruit and nut salad in a fluffy, creamy layer with cream cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 3 bananas, diced
  • 0.75 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Gently fold in pineapple, whipped topping, and strawberries until well mixed. Add bananas and walnuts and stir to combine.
  • Chill in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours or overnight, then thaw at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours. Serve and savor every bite!
