Create charming charcuterie cups by layering meat, cheese, and berries on toothpicks and pairing with trail mix and breadsticks for a delightful snack while enjoying a movie or wine by the fire.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (9-ounce) disposable cups
  • 16 extra long toothpicks
  • 6 ounces sweet and salty trail mix
  • 8 blueberries
  • 4 raspberries
  • 4 blackberries
  • 12 stuffed pimiento olives
  • 1 mini cucumber, cut into 16 slices crosswise
  • 2 ounces cheddar jack cheese cubes
  • 2 ounces sliced rustico salami
  • 1 kosher dill pickle, cut into 8 slices crosswise
  • 8 breadsticks
  • 4 rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions:
  • Evenly distribute the trail mix among four (9-ounce) disposable cups.
  • Skewer a blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry onto each of the 4 toothpicks.
  • Alternate threading 1 olive, 1 cucumber slice, and 1 cheese cube on each toothpick, finishing with 1 olive on top. Repeat for all 4 toothpicks.
  • Skewer 1 cucumber slice followed by 1 cheese cube, another cucumber slice, and 2 cheese cubes onto 4 toothpicks.
  • Skewer ¼ ounce rustico salami, 1 pickle slice, and 1 cheese cube alternately onto each of 4 toothpicks.
  • Place 1 toothpick from each set of 4 in individual cups, then add 2 breadsticks to each cup. Finish by garnishing with fresh rosemary sprigs.
