Create a delicious family meal with just 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 750g Desiree potatoes, cut into 1cm-thick slices
  • 4 (about 150g each) skinless salmon fillets
  • 2 bunches asparagus, woody ends trimmed
  • 160g Hollandaise sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the barbecue grill or large chargrill on medium heat. In a large bowl, combine the potato and half of the oil, tossing to coat. Brush both sides of the salmon with the remaining oil, season with salt and pepper, and brush the asparagus with the remaining oil. Grill the potato for 10 minutes on each side.
  • Grill salmon for 4 minutes on each side until cooked. Transfer to a plate. Grilled asparagus for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  • While the asparagus is cooking, heat the sauce according to the packet instructions.
  • Arrange the potato, salmon, and asparagus on individual plates, then generously drizzle the sauce over them before serving.
