Chargrilled steak with beetroot salad recipe

Quick and delicious chargrilled steak with beetroot salad - ready in 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (about 200g each) No Added Hormones Beef Scotch Fillet Steaks
  • 250g pkt cooked baby beetroot*, quartered
  • 120g pkt Baby Rocket
  • 200g marinated fetta, drained reserving 2 tbsp marinade, crumbled
  • 50g walnut
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill to medium-high heat. Season the beef with your favorite spices. Grill for 3 minutes on each side for a perfect medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to reach your desired doneness. Place the beef on a plate, cover it with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • In a large bowl, toss together beetroot, rocket, feta, walnuts, and the reserved feta marinade. Season to taste.
  • Plate the beetroot mixture evenly on serving plates and top with thick slices of beef. Serve alongside the salad.
