Charred hot dogs with spicy mayonnaise

Elevate your hot dog with corn, bacon, spicy mayo, and Parmesan for a gourmet twist!
Ingredients:
  • 3 shortcut bacon rashers
  • 1 corn cob, husks and silk removed
  • 500g sausage
  • 61.88 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Sriracha chilli sauce
  • 4 crusty bread rolls, warmed, split
  • 125.00 ml parmesan, finely grated
  • Oven-baked fries. to serve
  • Baby rocket, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat a greased barbecue grill to medium-high. Cook bacon for 2 minutes per side until cooked through; then transfer to a clean board. Grill corn, turning occasionally, for 15 minutes until charred and tender. Add corn to the board with the bacon.
  • Score the kransky diagonally on both sides using a small knife. Spray with oil and grill for 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and heated through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
  • 1. Slice the kernels off the cob using a sharp knife. Chop the bacon. Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce in a small bowl.
  • Fill the rolls with hot dogs, then layer on the corn, bacon, spicy mayonnaise, and Parmesan. Serve alongside crispy fries and baby arugula.
