Whip up a flavorful prawn and noodle dish in just 15 minutes for a quick and delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 80ml oyster sauce
  • 24.40 gm fish sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 10 large green prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined
  • 100g flat rice noodles
  • 1 bunch choy sum, blanched
  • Small red chilli, sliced, to serve
  • Roasted peanuts, chopped, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix oyster sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, and lime juice. Toss prawns with half of the sauce in a separate bowl. Heat olive oil in a large frypan over high heat and cook prawns, turning occasionally, for 4 minutes until charred and cooked through.
  • Soak noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain.
  • Distribute the noodles, prawns, and choy sum evenly into bowls, then generously drizzle with the remaining sauce. Garnish with chili and peanuts before serving.
