Cheat’s choc mousse

Indulgent no-cook chocolate mousse with just 5 ingredients: your new go-to dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 125g mascarpone cheese
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 375g Chocolate Bavarian, thawed to room temperature
  • 12.00 gm icing sugar
  • Chocolate Flake, broken up into pieces to serve
Instructions:
  • In an electric mixer bowl with a whisk attachment, combine mascarpone and 150ml of cream. Whip until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the pieces of Bavarian. Divide the mixture into serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
  • Whip the remaining cream and icing sugar until soft peaks form. Transfer the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle. Pipe over the chocolate mousse, garnish with Flake, and serve.
