  • 180.00g white chocolate block, melted, cooled
  • 2 x 180g white chocolate block
  • 3.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
  • 50g dried mango, thickly sliced
  • 20g uncrystallised ginger, thinly sliced
  • 4 dried apricots, chopped
  • 2 dried figs, chopped
  • 13.60 gm sultanas
  • 8 pecans
  • 12 skinless hazelnuts, chopped
  • 10 almond kernels
  • Extra 100g milk chocolate block, chopped
  • 31.20 gm smooth peanut butter
  • 12 pretzels, chopped
  • 40.00 ml Rice Bubbles
  • 20.00 ml cacao nibs
Instructions:
  • Create Festive Cranberry Pistachio Chocolate: Arrange dark chocolate blocks, flat-side up, on a baking paper-lined tray. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate, then sprinkle with cranberries, pistachios, and coconut. Allow to set for 3 hours.
  • For Double-choc Cookies and Cream Chocolate: Crush 1 packet of cookies. Arrange milk chocolate blocks flat-side up on a baking paper-lined tray. Drizzle with melted white chocolate, then sprinkle with crushed and whole cookies. Allow to set for 3 hours.
  • For Mango, Ginger and Sesame Chocolate: Arrange white chocolate blocks flat-side up on a tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkle sesame seeds, mango, and ginger on top. Let it stand for 3 hours or until set.
  • For Chunky Fruit and Nut Chocolate: Lay dark chocolate blocks with the flat side up on a tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with more melted dark chocolate. Sprinkle with apricots, figs, sultanas, and nuts. Let it sit for 3 hours until firm.
  • Prepare the Peanut Butter Pretzel Crunch Chocolate: Line a tray with baking paper and arrange milk chocolate blocks with the flat side up. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine extra milk chocolate and peanut butter, then microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until smooth. Let it cool slightly. Spread the mixture over the chocolate blocks and sprinkle with pretzels, Rice Bubbles, and cacao nibs. Allow it to stand for 3 hours until set.
  • Wrap blocks in elegant baking paper, then tie with a beautiful ribbon for a luxurious finishing touch.
