Easy to make and enjoy, these delicious individual chocolate puddings have a surprise center.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 100g Toblerone bars, plus extra pieces, to serve
  • 200g butter, chopped, plus extra, melted, to grease
  • 100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 150g (1 cup) self-raising flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 160C/140C fan forced. Brush six 200ml ramekins with extra melted butter and line the base of each with a disc of baking paper.
  • Finely chop 1 Toblerone and melt it with butter, sugar, and 60ml (1/4 cup) water in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Add the eggs to the luscious Toblerone mixture and whisk until well combined. Gently sift in the flour and fold until just incorporated. Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins. Break the remaining Toblerone into pieces and press two pieces into the center of each pudding, one point up and one point down.
  • 1. Arrange the ramekins on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until the center is slightly wobbly. Use a dry tea towel to hold a ramekin while gently running a knife along the edges to loosen the pudding. Invert onto serving plates and garnish with extra Toblerone pieces. Serve right away with a scoop of ice cream.
