Turkey cutlets coated in savory stuffing crumbs, baked for a speedy dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups dry bread stuffing mix
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion salt
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 4 (6 ounce) turkey breast cutlets
  • 2 (.87 ounce) packages turkey gravy mix
  • 2 cups cold water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Crush stuffing mix into crumbs in a bowl, then mix in garlic powder and onion salt. Place flour in one shallow bowl, and combine egg and milk in another shallow bowl.
  • Coat turkey cutlets in flour, dip in egg mixture, and press into crumbs to cover. Arrange the breaded cutlets in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Place the cutlets in the preheated oven and bake until they are no longer pink inside and the juices run clear, approximately 20 minutes.
  • Whisk dry gravy mix with water in a saucepan until smooth, then bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly. Simmer for 1 minute, then pour over cutlets to serve.
