Try this delicious Apple Cheerios™ Salad, a perfect blend of whole-grain cereal, fresh apples, fruits, and veggies for a fiber and vitamin-packed dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 large apple, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 large stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup Cheerios™ cereal
Instructions:
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise with fresh milk in a medium bowl. Gently fold in crunchy apple, crisp celery, and juicy mandarin oranges. Chill in the refrigerator until it's time to enjoy.
