One-ingredient cheese crisps: quick, easy, crunchy snack. Low-carb, gluten-free, keto-friendly.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Grate a generous portion of cheese.
  • Place 24 small piles of cheese on the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until beautifully golden for around 7 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before transferring them from the baking sheets.
