Cheesy three cheese and roasted garlic stuffed jumbo olives - a crowd-pleasing, easy appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup goat cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 leaves fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 bulb roasted garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 (8 ounce) jars jumbo or extra large olives
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, goat cheese, Parmesan, basil, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor; blend until creamy. Transfer the mixture into a cookie press, pastry bag, or a plastic baggie with a corner cut off. Fill the olives with the cheese mixture.
