Loaded tater tots with bacon, ham, Swiss, Cheddar, and gravy - a decadent take on poutine, perfect as a side or snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
  • 0.5 cup brown gravy
  • 0.25 cup diced ham
  • 0.25 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • 4 smokey bacon cheddar cheese curds
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Arrange the potato nuggets on a baking sheet so they are in a single layer. Bake them until they are golden brown and crispy, about 20 minutes.
  • Take the dish out of the oven and generously layer it with savory gravy, diced ham, Swiss cheese, and Cheddar cheese. Place it back into the oven and bake until the cheese is beautifully melted, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with crispy bacon, fresh chives, and cheese curds. Serve right away for a deliciously irresistible dish.
