Cheesy Crustless Quiche with Bacon, Ham and Sausage Recipe

Meat lover's dream: Crustless quiche with bacon, ham, and sausage - upgrade your lunch!
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml dried breadcrumbs
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 4 thick Italian style pork sausages
  • 100g bacon, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 100g sliced ham, torn or chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 257.50 gm milk
  • 11.80 gm dijon mustard
  • 187.50 ml grated tasty cheese
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • Mixed salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease a 22cm pie plate with oil and cover it with breadcrumbs for a crispy crust.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, sear sausages until golden and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Add bacon and capsicum to the pan, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crisp and capsicum is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Cut sausages into thick slices. Layer sausages, bacon mixture, and ham on the bottom of the dish.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and mustard in a jug, season, then pour over sausage mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and set. Top with parsley, cut into wedges, and serve with salad.
