"Whip up this quick and easy recipe in minutes, then watch it transform into a beautifully golden dish as it bakes to perfection."
Ingredients:
  • 850g Chicken Thigh Fillets, trimmed, cut into 3cm cubes
  • 400g packet Steam Fresh Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots with Cheese Sauce
  • 1 sheet Brand Puff Pastry, just thawed
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Brand Caraway Seeds
  • Steamed green beans, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan-forced). Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Season chicken and cook in 2 batches for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add frozen vegetables and stir for 30 seconds until sauce thaws and coats the chicken.
  • Divide the seasoned chicken mixture among four 1 1/2-cup ovenproof ramekins. Cut the puff pastry into 4 squares. Place a pastry square on top of each ramekin. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with a mix of seeds. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  • Pair with fresh and crunchy green beans.
